With the ever growing cost of healthcare for professional services, I have attempted to set reasonable fees based on my experience exploring the reimbursements offered by the various insurance companies and third party payers with whom your employers’ contract. The session fees are posted next to the appointment types.

Payment for sessions is due in full at the time of service.

48-BUSINESS HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that unexpected events or work schedule changes can interfere with your ability to attend a scheduled appointment. For this reason, you may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 BUSINESS hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you do not provide 48 BUSINESS hours notice or if you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full session fee. You will be notified 72 hours in advance of your appointment via text and email to give enough time to cancel without being charged.
